The houses have automated central heating boiler. The hot water supply is ensured by a solar plant, and alternatively by an auxiliary biomass boiler. The houses are equipped with appliances (fridge, stove, microwave, blender, coffee maker, toaster, ...) and tools necessary for the preparation and consumption of food.
