The house enjoys an excellent panorama at the foot of the Apennines mountains. Here, you can admire the gentle profiles of the hills where small forests, vineyards, small plots of plowed land and olive trees make the variety of a landscape extraordinary. Here, when the air is clear, you can also admire the rugged mountainous profile of the Sibillini mountains.

In the foreground, Mount San Vicino dominates the valley. Its trapezoidal shape emerging among the fields for grazing and the beautiful forests of beech trees, the shape reminds of an extinct volcano.

Spaces, perfumed air and the colours of every season are able to marvel you at any time and to intoxicate your soul.

The house is ideal for peaceful and quiet holidays full of taste of ancient flavors that characterize this land. Cupramontana, home of Verdicchio wine, offers wine lovers carefree and funny evenings. Indeed, at the many wineries of the town and its suburbs, you can taste different varieties of local wines.

In absolute relaxation you can enjoy the garden, the veranda and the barbecue at the house.
