The apartment is elegant, bright and newly complete renovated in 2012, is located on the second and last floor of a nice building and has a surface of about 65 sqm. It consists of two comfortable rooms, hall, one large bathroom, two terraces and a typical sardinian balcony.

The large bedroom, modern and functional includes: double bed, a chest of drawers, two bedside tables, two lamps and wardrobe with 6 doors.

The living-dining room has a classic style kitchen with an advanced gas detection system, a TV and a comfortable sofa-bed, that allows the use of two additional beds.
The bathroom is large and bright, with pastel blue tones, has all the necessary equipment for a comfortable stay.

The building is located near the marina in the historic centre of Sant’Antioco, a few steps from the main attractions offered by the town.
