Farm farmhouse torrine

La Cascina Molino Torrine is a typical mill, the late nineteenth century, for grinding wheat, located amid the rolling countryside of Biella low. Everything is born from the passion of the owner Enzo Nicolello and his wife for essences. Together they have turned this place into a collection of open-air herbs, wild herbs, but also of chiles, ornamental pumpkins and amaranth.
From this was born the Essenziario: a whole area that lies between the fragrant Vast meadows of the farm, and in which they grow many kinds of special herbs, vegetables ancient and unusual.
Attached to the farmhouse there is the farmhouse Cascina Torrine, where you can taste the typical cuisine of Piedmont.
