Weekly rent in a villa surrounded by greenery just a few steps from the sea, two and three rooms on the first and second floor, all with terrace and parking.
LOCATION: Villa Oleander is at the end of the seafront in Villa Rosa, in a quiet area , away from city traffic but connected to Alba Adriatica with a wooden bridge for pedestrians and cyclists which is located next to the Villa.
BEACH : The beach is a few tens of meters , within walking distance, equipped chalet with a bar and restaurant , beach umbrellas, children's playground, jacuzzi and solarium. Next to the beach facilities there is also a part of the beach.
APARTMENT: Fully equipped with television while the washing machine is located on the ground floor at the disposal of all tenants.
PETS : welcome
SHOPS AND ENTERTAINMENT: Just past the bridge there is a playground for children ( Bambinopoli ) and a beautiful promenade with Chalet and shops for daily needs.
PRICES : Prices shown are for 4 people. To the person is an extra charge .
RECEPTION AND SUPPORT: During the summer, the owners live on the ground floor of the villa and have full availability for guests to welcome them and support them during their stay .
