Our B & B is located in a hilly area, about 7 km from the town of Pergola, from where you can admire a splendid panorama of the valley and surrounding hills, observe the peaks of Mount Catria and Monte Nerone. Our B & B enjoys a strategic location, close to the border between the province of Pesaro-Urbino and that of Ancona and from here you can start to visit many beautiful places in Gubbio, Urbino, Fano, but also Gable, Fabriano Pesaro.

The cottage has been extensively renovated but still shows the original architecture that blend elegantly stone and wood. You can relax on a hammock or sunbathing in the garden but also beautiful walks and excursions. All rooms have a private bathroom and at the disposal of our guests there is also a large common room comprising lounge with fireplace and a rustic kitchen in masonry.
