The propriety is entirely fenced off, and has a large sunken swimmimg pool with a splendid view and a large solarium made of travertino marble,surrounded by just 4 flats for 2 people each,elegantly refurbished and consisting of a living room,kitchen,double bedroom, bathroom and toilet with shower and a portico with a view over the valley to the sea: one can also dine in the portico.
