The hotel and "Mosaics" Restaurant rise in the immediate vicinity of the famous "Roman Villa of Casale" near Piazza Armerina. The villa's wonderful mosaics are an artistic treasure of unparalleled importance, located only 1 Km from the hotel.
At is possible to walk to the site of the Villa, enjoying the beautiful countryside of the Sicilian hinterland. Also worthwhile is a visit to the city of Piazza Armerina, where culture, history and natural beauty mix harmoniously.
Given ist location, it seemed natural, to call the restaurant "MOSAICS".
The owner, Battiato Giuseppe, chinen by his entrepreneurial spirit and a strong desire to serve guests from all over the world, began with the restaurant in 1973.
The Kitchen and the friendly service give the restaurant great character; and by the place itself, he began building the first guest rooms of the Hotel Mosaici. Giuseppe's daughter Silvana, enriched by her father's advice, now manages the Hotel, which is modern and offers all services, and is racommended in the most prestigious national and international tourist guides.
