The Art Guest House is located in the heart of Umbria, a few steps from Spoleto, Assisi and Perugia. Ideal place to spend time in the quiet of Clitunno springs between the castles and the olive trees of the Umbrian hills.

There are two rooms for rent with a bathroom each. Ideal for those who went to Umbria for tourism, business, art.

The two rooms are on the second floor, are very cozy and comfortable. They have light wood floors, both have large closets and dressers and have windows overlooking the beautiful valley of Spoleto.

A large living room, the kitchen and informal atmosphere facilitate friendship between travelers in the common spaces available.

There also are works of contemporary artists.

The Guest Art House is a housing unit independent, recently renovated, the welcome and the hospitality is managed at the household level in the style of simplicity and tradition of Umbria.
