Volito hotel & resort is the ideal place to spend pleasant and relaxing moments in the wonderful Salento.

The structure is situated just 900mt far from the sea, among olive, fig and almond trees. The rooms are surrounded by the Mediterranean vegetation and designed following a perfect example of sustainable architecture, integrated with the landscape. The project incorporates forms and materials of the original "pajaras" (a rough version of the famous Trulli), the ancient small stone inhabitations of farmers, that still can be seen everywhere in the Salento. This "rediscovery" lines, materials and traditional architecture is combined with the quality of the modern facilities that we offer: our rooms are very fresh in summer, thanks to the outer stone covering, and equipped with all the comforts: en-suite private bathroom, LED TV, inter-telephone, wi-fi internet, front porch, air conditioning, heating, mini-bar, security box.

The particular courtyard shape of the village allows you to take full advantage of the common spaces among stone walls and scented herbs. Next to the reception there is the large room restaurant and its open air space, where you can taste the typical dishes of the culinary tradition of Salento. Our cuisine is made of simple tastes and fresh products. The village is situated just few meters away from the beautiful beach of San Gregorio, one of the most hanked of Salento. The rocky coast, running from Santa Maria di Leuca , gradually slope down to Pescoluse, where the beautiful fine and white sandy beach blends with the emerald green sea. The countryside, like also the small village of Patù, is a chest of monuments and cultural heritage of great value such as churches, palaces, historic sites, caves, monasteries and museums.

The rooms are extremely cool in summer and warm in winter thanks to the outer skin of stone and the insulation used.
All rooms are well soundproofed and equipped with every comfort, provide private bathroom with shower, and accessible for disables.
