Characteristic stone two-storey villa located between Umbria and Tuscany, at the foot of the nature reserve of Mount Rufeno. It can be rented as a whole or as individual apartments, with absolute guarantee of privacy to groups of friends or families wishing to spend the holidays together. The four comfortable apartments can accommodate together up to 20 people and are all located in the main body of the villa. This is entirely fenced and has a park of more than one hectare for the exclusive use of guests, equipped with barbecue and outdoor rest areas in the shade of ancient oaks.
Each apartment has a large living room, one or two bright bedrooms, a kitchen or kitchenette and a bathroom with shower or bath and separate shower, depending on the characteristics and dimensions.
Prices are inclusive of the use of linen and bath towels, the use of external facilities and the swimming pool, the consumption of electricity and water (municipal water supply) and the methane gas network for appartmanti so equipped (those that do not have have electric cookers).
