The villa, a welcoming residence of approximately 150 m2, is located on the first floor and offers large parking spaces. You will enjoy extra comforts such as a covered barbecue for outdoor meals, a vast solarium with deckchairs and umbrella for maximum relaxation.
The house, fully air conditioned and equipped with electric car charging, can comfortably accommodate 8/9 people. The interiors include a spacious kitchen with balcony where you can have meals, a large bathroom with large shower, a laundry room with toilet and sink complete with washing machine and three welcoming bedrooms.
Outside, you will find showers to cool off on your return from the beach. Please note: we do not provide sheets or towels; however, upon request and at an extra cost, it is possible to request the linen supply service.
Prices vary according to the period, length of rental and number of guests. The minimum rent is one week. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in the property.
