The apartment, a studio with a comfortable bathroom and a small room, is located on the first floor of an old rural building on the Praino hill. It is about 8 km from the port and the coast of Riposto and just 5 km from the Giarre motorway exit, thus allowing rapid connections to Etna, Catania, Taormina and the Sicilian hinterland. It is available for brief stays, from a week to a month.
The property on which the building stands extends for over a hectare, consisting mainly of a typical grove of the area and bordering the ancient mule track that goes up towards Fornazzo. The apartment, simple and essential, has a French sofa bed (140x200 cm) in the studio and a single bed in the small romm. It offers a reserved parking space in the large square in front of the building.
