Ours is a studio apartment of about 33 square meters (renovated in 2017) is composed of a single room with a sofa bed and a bunk bed, a kitchenette, with cooker, oven, refrigerator and everything you need for a wonderful holiday, adjacent to the kitchenette you will find a bathroom with toilet, bidet, sink and shower, attached to the bathroom you will find the washing machine, outside the house you will find a large veranda of 30 square meters where you can eat and relax in peace. The house is located on the border of the municipality of Alcamo (about 6/7 km from the center), 1.2 from the Plaia beach of Castellammare del Golfo and 2.5 km from the center of Castellammare del Golfo, the first beach you find is that of Alcamo Marina 800 meters away where you will find beaches, restaurants and parking areas.
