Galloping Galápagos – Horseback Rides to Sierra Negra Volcano, Isabela Island

Galloping Galápagos offers horseback tours on Isabela Island, led by licensed Galápagos National Park naturalist guide Claudia Hodari, who personally leads almost all of the horseback rides. The ride takes guests through lush highland terrain and volcanic landscapes that most visitors to the Galápagos never see, up to Sierra Negra, one of the most active volcanoes and the largest caldera in Galápagos.

Beginners are very welcome. Families love it: kids age 6 and up ride their own horse, and we have been teaching children to ride for over 20 years. Price depends on the number of people in your group.
