Masseria sant'elia, ragusa (sicily)

The Masseria Sant’Elia is a traditional 19th Century colonial farmhouse located in the Iblean Mountains (600 m above sea level) in South Eastern Sicily, where during the summer months , one can enjoy the sun and climate of Sicily without suffering excessive heat.


Totally built with local dry-stone, it has recently been restored (September 2008) in the full respect of the history and the surrounding environment, bringing back to the fore the original splendour of the estate, even if it is now offered as a tourist lodging.


The Masseria Sant’Elia is located in a large organic agriculture property and is made up of 5 charming independent apartments, with a capacity of 27 beds. Each apartment is comfortably furnished and is equipped with the most modern services (autonomous air-conditioning, digital TV and Internet access).


The garden offers extra relaxing possibilities by the poolside with a solarium and the use of the veranda and patio for lunch and dinner, nearby the preserved antique water well.


There is also a large parking area.
