Hotel Vera is AIC certified
The VERA is a gluten free hotel selected by Italian Association of Celiac Desease (Aic). Hotel Vera's chef commonly frequents education courses about "Restaurants and hotels". As gluten free hotel we seriously undertake in this project and we reserve for our coeliac guests an extremely careful and high quality service.
The food is stored in a dedicated area and cooked with all the cares: separated from other meals, we use special tools and pay attention to the right cooking times. We use only fresh and selected products, listed on the AIC manual.
Our goal is to offer a high service to our clients who have this kind of allergies. In order to let you fully enjoy your holidays, we please you to ask for the Cook upon arrival: he would be glad to explain you how he will prepare your meals.
