The rooms are equipped with personal wardrobes , armchairs , desk and chairs. The living area includes TV, dining table with chairs and a sofa. The kitchen is equipped with stove, oven , sink, refrigerator and kitchenware . It has 1 shared bathroom with tub, a hair dryer and towels. This article also includes linen and bath / bed / kitchen . The house is equipped with air conditioning .
Period min. 7 nights. Possibility of discount for longer periods. Min. € 350 per week for 2 people ( low season); Max price € 560 week / 2 persons ( high season). FREE for children under 5 years. Pets are not allowed . Possibility of parking in the vicinity. Payment upon arrival plus 30% deposit upon booking. Weekly cleaning ( before arrival of guests) Any extra cleaning on request and at the expense of the guests.
