Tornero ii house

The recently built Tornero II house is surrounded by chestnut trees and cork oaks, and is built with stones found on the property and Arabic roof tiles, maintaining the traditional characteristics of historic houses in the area. Construction of the house was finished in 2006 and was registered for tourism with the number CR-HU-100. The two-story house is 204 sq. meters and the ceiling prominently features chestnut beams.

The entire house is heated with a floor heating system, which provides for a warm and cozy stay during the colder months. The house is also equipped with a centralized vacuum system.

Just outside there is a shaded terrace with a barbeque pit, ideal for enjoying the delicious Iberian pork for which the Sierra de Aracena is famous. There are plenty of tables and chairs on the terrace, and a spacious parking area is located alongside the house.

This house shares a pool with the Tornero I house, located roughly 300 meters away. The pool, a short walk from both houses, is treated with saline, making it both hypoallergenic and eco-friendly. A patio table and chairs sit under a shaded area, and Chaise Lounges rest in the sun. The patio area and pool itself are fully lighted, so you can enjoy it day or night.
The front door opens up into a great hall that contains the dining area in the foreground, stairs to the upper level on the right, and a sitting area in the back showcasing a magnificent stone fireplace—a cozy spot to curl up with a book.
The house is made up of five bedrooms, three on the bottom floor, and two on the top floor. Each bedroom contains two single beds with beautiful wooden headboards, two bedside tables, an armoire, a desk, and a window. Towels, sheets, and blankets are included.
The spacious kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, pots, pans, and utensils and contains a stovetop, microwave, washing machine, refrigerator, and dishwasher. The traditional tile work and wooden cabinetry give this room its rustic charm and keeps with the style of the rest of the house.
There are three bathrooms, two with bathtubs-showers and one with a handicap accessible shower.
