Just a 5- minute walk from the bus line and convenient to rail to Venice, in an ideal position to visit not only Venice and Padua ( it is located about 20 miles from each) , but also Treviso , Vicenza, Verona , and spas , the hills , the beaches or the Garda .
In a house with a garden recently restored according to the most modern standards of energy efficiency, the property features spacious rooms and suites with a large and comfortable lounge / fully equipped kitchen.
The premises , with separate entrance, have air conditioning and heating individually controlled .
There is also a washing machine , TV, barbecue , bicycles (two in free of charge) , large terrace or porch where guests can have breakfast outdoors, garden , tourist guides , maps and suggested routes and parking facilities for bicycles, with the possibility of cleaning and minor repairs. The living room / kitchen, if available, can also be used by guests for dinner.
