The chalet is built entirely of spruce wood, impregnated with special coatings that make long-lasting attacks of mold, woodworm, rot, water, fire, etc., properly insulated and reinforced roof for snow load. All windows are double glazed with tilt for improved interior comfort both in summer and in winter. The chalet adopts the blockhouse which makes it perfectly stable but also flexible enough in case of an earthquake , not surprisingly wooden houses collapsed due to earthquake hardly too strong intensity .

The interior was divided into :
Master bedroom with double bed , shelves appoggiatutto , closet hanger.
You sleep with the northern or bottom sheet and duvet above.
Bathroom with shower, toilet and wash basin , mirror rack , cabinet with towels.
Kitchenette consisting of electric cooker, single bowl sink with sgoggiolatoio, countertop, refrigerator, furniture and brings everything included cookware, cutlery, plates and glasses, tea towels etc... all for 4 people.
Living area with double sofa bed, dining table and TV.
