Farm of 1800 with main house and cottages where the hay was stored and essiccava tobacco. Very important feature the well at that time needed to irrigate all the land owned and also the surrounding ones. Even today the well is considered a reference for the potability of its water, determined by the constant analysis carried out by ARPA of Perugia, and to outline the property with adjoining municipalities.
