The apartment, recently renovated, is separated from the rest of the villa and can accommodate up to 4 people, it is composed of a double bedroom (for 2 people) with air conditioning and satellite LED TV, a living room with sofa bed (1, 40 x 2,00 for 2 people), air conditioning and LED TV satellite, a kitchen, a dining area and bathroom with shower. Guests can use the parking, the large garden (180 sqm) and terrace (70 square meters), and the pool (shared with the owners of the villa). NO monthly rent, only short-term rental (min 2 nights) and weekly. Are also welcome your 4-legged friends.
