Pozzallo is a charming town in the south of eastern Sicily. With its wide golden beaches and clean sea (awarded by the "BLUE FLAG" for several years) it has always been one of the most important tourist destinations in this part of Sicily. with the baroque cities (UNESCO heritage - Modica, Scicli, Ragusa, Noto, Syracuse), makes Pozzallo a strategic point from which to plan your holiday in Sicily, in the name of relaxation, good food and culture.

The house has a capacity to accommodate up to 6 people.
It is on two levels for a total of 86 square meters and a terrace of 15 square meters and is composed of:
- n. 2 double bedrooms, each with bathroom, TV and air conditioning, with the possibility of adding a single or bunk bed;
- kitchen with large terrace, equipped with cutlery, pots and everything needed for cooking, fridge, gas cooker, washing machine and iron.
All the furniture is new and the bathrooms have been recently refurbished.
Nearby restaurants, bars, grocery stores, fruit and vegetables, pharmacy, tobacconist, fishmonger and butcher.
Car not necessary. Free parking on the street.
The base price is € 60.00 per night (with a minimum of 3 nights).
In July the base price is € 95.00 per night and in August it is € 110.00 per night, with a minimum stay of 6 nights.
The price includes: initial and final general cleaning, consumption of water, gas, electricity, bed linen (change of bed linen is weekly), bathroom linen (1 face-bidet-shower towel per person is provided week). For each further change an additional cost of € 6 per person is required.
Deposit € 100.00 at check in, refund at check out after viewing the accommodation.
Young groups not allowed.
