Casa con ampio terrazzo a circa 600 metri dal mare. Situata in un complesso residenziale con parcheggio House with large terrace about 600 meters from the sea. Located in a residential complex with private covered parking, the structure consists of two elevations (house + habitable terrace with kitchen and barbecue).
The house has air conditioners and a coffee machine (FROG) consisting of a kitchen, a double bedroom, a small room with a double bed and a bunk bed, a bathroom. In the kitchen there is a sofa bed. The house can easily accommodate a family of 4/5 people. The house is mainly used by us and, due to the daughters' allergy to animal hair, we are unfortunately sorry that we cannot accommodate animals.
